web pages to share with teachers or use in your own training.
There are only two restrictions on your use of these documents: (1) Whenever you distribute or otherwise use the
complete documents or excerpts from them, you must identify the author; and (2) you cannot use the documents for
private gain (e.g., as a paid consultant trainer) without my express written permission. In other words, you should
give me credit for any of the work that you borrow and you should not profit unfairly from my work.
Please note that any teacher, other educational professional, or staff developer working for a public education,
